Basically, here is what happens during the game. Players jump out of the flying bus in free fall equipped with their glider and axe only. The goal is to, after landing to the island, quickly find chests loaded with weapons, medical kit, big or small shield potions and ammo boxes, equipping to fight other players. Weapons do different amounts of damage. Knowing what weapon to select on every occasion matters. Race and chase starts right after landing, staying alert and focused matters. Running around players collect building material like wood, metal and stone to be able to build structures, hide behind those or simply clib using those as stairs for reaching higher positions. Storm shrinks every couple of minutes, moving players closer and closer together, and being in the storm reduces health.

Besides battle, players have time limited tasks for gaining experience. Those tasks can range from fishing, over collecting items and eating fruit, to specific ways to kill another player or just finishing the game as one of top 10. Destiny 2 is an online multiplayer first person shooter game with some elements of role playing. Perfect for those who like sci-fi universe storyline and exploring mysteries of the solar system.

Players create their Guardian, collect armor and weapons to stylize their look and play style. There are 3 character slots and three classes in Destiny 2. Classes make Hunters, Warlocks and Titans, all equally powerful, but with different abilities, weaknesses and strengths.

Apex legends is an online multiplayer battle royale. Game is squad based, each in-game character is unique and team work is extremely important. There's a voice, text chat and ping, for communication between players.

Game starts with 60 players on the battlefield. Players then skydiving from their dropship and landing on an island. Once there, players begin searching for weapons and ammo, while at the same time fighting other players. Match is split into rounds. Ring that shrinks forces players closer until one team wins. During those shrinkings stages, players can grab some additional loot dropped as care packages.
 
5. Call of Duty: Warzone

Call of Duty: Warzone is a multiplayer battle royale game or simply said one huge combat arena. Goal is discovering supply boxes and completing contract missions.

There are two ways to play, focused on battle royale with or simply collecting cash. Battle royale goes between 150 players which is a lot more than similar FPS games. Landing on the right place on the map and making good choices when it comes to weapon selection is important for the win.

Completing contracts brings upgrades in loot, weapons, experience and more. Respawn and going back to fight can be earned by fighting in player versus player.match.

6. Valorant

Valorant is a 5v5 multiplayer first person shooter game. One team attacks planting a bomb and detonating, while the other team defends trying to avoid and wins after eliminating all members of the enemy team, when time runs out or the planted bomb is defused. One round lasts 100 seconds and there are four 25 seconds long matches. First team winning 13 rounds is a victor.

Players pick their agent, which is in game character. Each agent comes with certain abilities. Pools of agents to choose from are separate for teams which allows players to select even the same agents in both teams. During the first 30 seconds of the game buying weapons is crucial. After dying in one round, the player must wait for the second round to respawn.

There is another game mode called Spike Rush where the victor is the one winning 4 rounds. Every attacking player has a bomb called Spike, and members of both teams get the same weapon.

Free for all Deathmatch is third game mode. There are 10 players in the game, and the winner is the one who first reaches 30 kills.

7. Dauntless

Dauntless is a massively multiplayer third person action RPG set in a fantasy world. Players take the role of Slayers fighting monsters called Behemoths. The game can be played as a single player or with up to four people. Slayers appearance can be customized with unique armor and there are emotes to express your moods as well.

Combat is a little complex and requires learning how to chain combinations of attacks, weapons swapping and mastering each. Loot gathered from Behemoths can be used to upgrade armor and weapons.

8. Counter Strike: GO

Counter Strike: GO is a first person shooter multiplayer game where two teams fight. One team are terrorists and other counter-terrorists. Goal is to eliminate the enemy team and at the same time complete other objectives. Victor is the team that wins enough rounds to win the match.

Players can select desired game mode and those are Competitive, Casual, Deathmatch, Wingman, War Games, Demolition and Flying Scoutsman. Operations are special events, with different maps and modes, where players can earn stars and upgrade their Operation coins.

9. Dota 2

Dota 2 belongs to the MOBA genre, which means multiplayer online battle arena video game. Two teams with 5 players each have the same objective and that is to destroy the enemy within their stronghold. Game play is strategy based, requires concentration and each game creates a completely unique scenario.

Players select their Hero from a pool of more than a hundred unique Heros. Each Hero is controlled by one player, and Hero's abilities can be upgraded during the game. Collecting experience grows Hero's level and then skill points which can be used to unlock new abilities. Players get medals depending on their ranking and based on that same ranking matchmaking is done. That means, players always get opponents with the same rank.

10. Smite

Smite is a third person multiplayer online battle arena video game where players fight each other on the map. Player controls one of the gods or ancient creatures in the game. Each character is unique with unique abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Some gods are better equipped to attack, while others are better equipped to defend.

Gods are classified by their Pantheons which means there Arthurian, Chinese, Celtic, greek, Great Old Ones, Egyptian, Hindu, Mayan, Japanese, Norse, Polynesian, Slavic, Roman, Yoruba and Voodoo gods. There are 5 categories of gods and those make Hunters, Warriors, Mages, Guardians and Assassins. Depending on the power they use, gods can be Magical or Physical. Every player starts with 10 gods.

Two teams of 5 players each fight to win, which requires gaining experience to upgrade in game character's abilities and win in that battle. Killing hostile characters brings gold which can be used to get better items and stronger character. There are several game modes, each with different objectives and even different rules. Unlike in other MOBA games, player can see his character from behind, not from above.
